Loyalty Club Terms

1. Organiser

The Cosmenia Loyalty Club is a bonus programme of Cosmenia Beauty GmbH, Munich (address and contact details: see legal notice).

2. Participation

Participation is free of charge. Consumers who shop in the Cosmenia online shop can take part. Participation starts automatically with your first order in the online shop. You can object to participation at any time by email without giving reasons; any points not yet redeemed will then expire.

3. Collecting points

For every full euro of goods value of an order in the online shop (incl. VAT, after discounts, excluding shipping) you receive 1 loyalty point. Purchases in the Cosmenia Studio and gift card purchases do not earn points. Points are credited automatically once the order has been paid. If an order is refunded in full or in part, the points credited for it are deducted accordingly.

4. Redeeming points

As soon as you reach 100 points, you automatically receive a personal discount code: every full 100 points equal a €5 voucher. The points used are deducted from your balance; remaining points are kept. We send you the code by email; after logging in, you can also see it on the Loyalty Club page.

The discount code can be redeemed in the Cosmenia online shop for 12 months from issue, can only be used once and only by you, and can be combined with other discount codes. If the order value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining amount expires.

5. Loyalty bonus

If you have placed at least one order in the online shop in each of the four quarters of a calendar year, we credit you an additional 200 bonus points (equal to €10) in December. In the launch year 2026, orders in three of the four quarters are sufficient.

6. Bonus points for reviews

For every product review with at least one photo of your own for a product you bought in the Cosmenia online shop, we credit you a one-off 50 bonus points (equal to €2.50) – regardless of how many stars you give and whether your review is positive or critical. One review is counted per purchased product. Points are usually credited within 7 days of the review being published.

Reviews that violate our review guidelines are excluded, for example reviews unrelated to the product, with photos that are not your own or with offensive content. Reviews for which bonus points were granted are labelled accordingly.

7. Expiry of points

Points not yet redeemed expire on 31 December of each year. Points from orders placed in December are excluded and carried over into the new year. Discount codes already issued remain redeemable until the end of their validity.

8. No cash payout

Points and discount codes cannot be paid out in cash and are not transferable. There is no entitlement to interest on the voucher value.

9. Data protection

To manage your points balance, we process your order data, your email address and – for bonus points under section 6 – your product reviews. We inform you about points credited and discount codes issued by email. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and termination

We may change or end the programme with four weeks' notice. In this case, you can still redeem points collected and discount codes issued up to that date; we will inform you by email in good time.
