Every euro of your online order earns you 1 point – automatically.

Your order confirmation shows how many points you’ve earned.

At 100 points you automatically receive a personal 5 € code by email – valid for 12 months.
You order The Glow Routine for 124 € → 124 points → straight away a 5 € voucher code, and 24 points carry over.
Loyalty bonus

Bonus points for regulars
Order online at least once in every quarter and we add 200 bonus points (= 10 €) to your account in December. A good skincare routine lasts about two to three months – so it happens almost by itself.
Launch year 2026: 3 of 4 quarters are enough.
Good to know
Which purchases count?
All orders in our online shop. Points are based on the product value after discounts, excluding shipping. Gift cards and studio purchases don’t earn points.
Do my points expire?
Unredeemed points expire on 31 December – points from December orders are carried over into the new year. Voucher codes are valid for 12 months from issue.
Can I combine my code with other discounts?
Yes – your loyalty code can be combined with other discount codes, e.g. newsletter or seasonal offers.
What happens with returns?
If an order is refunded, the points for it are deducted again.
Can I have my points paid out?
Points are redeemed as a voucher in our shop, not paid out in cash.
